who's going to be at the briefing tonight?
Besides me and John, JunkmanJoe already has his tent set up out there and there's half a dozen to a dozen other people set up out there from out of town.

Well I can say without a shadow of a doubt that my fire extinguisher works!. Just setting up a pack with tools & the extinguisher, when it chose to fire a test burst.. Powder crap all through my bag....
If you have an extinguisher with a pull tab, make sure that this is well secured before....
Well we are all briefed and raring to go.

Great event! Well done John and crew!
Home at last!
Me woman did well, 4and half hours ever on the back of my bikes before getting thrown on the back for auckland-wellington, and first time ever on ANY form of adventure ride!
She hung on the the whole way! We only missed the A loop last challenge section! did all the rest with NO OFF"S!
Oh first time i ever ridden that bike in the dirt too!
He he he he he he he!
Just awesome!
Thanks 4skins for organising it was superbly done.
Awesome ride a bit tired but well overall, the bike was together at the end not like last CCA.
Great thanks Edi and Joe for company and help with the flat tire on Karapoti (and finding the way through). It send us back to tail end but still had great ride (and clearly tells i need to organise my tools better, had everything but all difficult access LOL).
We manage to do every single bit at least once including all special sections, and the last section one hour and half after estimated time.
Thanks John had a blst as usual.
Cheers Pete.
Life shouldnt end at the grave well presented but rather, slide in sideways totally worn out yelling "shit that was a great ride!"
If you haven't noticed it yet I put up a ride story and photos thread here http://www.kiwibiker.co.nz/forums/sh...ory-and-photos?
Definitely a great job done by 4skins once again in organising the ride.
Cheers
