I was isued a ticket for 8ks over in a 100 zone, the cop passed in opposite direction, there was a lot of cars behind me all doing the same speed, cop slams on the anchors, hand brake turn. Now he must have been flying to catch up with me so quick, overtaking at least 4 cars on a winding road, puting other drivers at risk, to issue this 8ks over ticket.I have no problem with the ticket, but putting other drivers at risk in the way he drove, was just crazy.

I've been in the same situation, and if you were on your bike I would hazard a guess he was more concerned about the huge drop in tone as you saw him that he couldn't lock until it finally settled and registered "108".

I had similar happen completely inadvertantly.. I was blatting along with another biker chasing me (he had a radar detector unbeknown to me) and he just vanished (backwards) on me???? So I hammer along and throttle off inadvertantly as I am looking behind me, dropping off a lot of speed in the process, and who appears into view but mr plod waggling his finger and flashing his headlights furiously! Lucky!!!

Last time I checked, I wasn't beating people up when I was speeding.
Accident promoting type of thing, like "speed kills" red light runners, type of thing.... not no registration label or L plate type of things....

Slack all right... on the truckers part. Hasn't he heard of touching the brakes?
