My roomies are moving. When they leave Im thinking of taking the lounge as a bedroom at the front of the house so at the other end of the house is three bedrooms which could be used as 2 br plus a lounge. Basically your own area and we only share bathroom and kitchen. House is fenced so pets maybe ok. Smokers, outside ok. Cool inground swimming pool with yard out the back, BBQ area (but roomies taking BBQ) and a huge huge bike friendly double garage. House is alarmed, hard wooden floors and I have most communal things already which stay...fridge etc.

Suit anyone/couple/solo parent who can pay rent of 135=145 0r 270-280 for whole area. Plus expenses. Woud rather rent to one lot than 2 seperate people.
