    Mall protest postponed

    Hi all,

In deference to the public, the organisers have agreed to postpone the mall car-park protest.

Details on the new date and time will be posted here when appropriate.

So it becomes a fizzer ... no matter when you do this it will never be with good public opinion ... you gonna call the NZ Herald and tell them that you have backed down "due to adverse public reaction"

What did everyone expect? Half the fucking KB site mobilised against him.. Maybe they should go and organise something themselves rather than criticising from the comfort of their fucking armchairs.

    Not impressed.

ummm .. I have!!!! We are riding today to protest against the effects of the levies on small businesses that are hugely supported by bikers ... and also the affect that this may have on charity rides ... so not criticising from my bloody armchair!

Positive press in the local rags for this ride ... and that is even after they knew about Grubs accident (which they found out from other sources)!

Nope, they voiced an opinion that is different to his. That's a bad things how?

    Divided we fall.

Hmm, do I sense the fragmentation of the divided and vulnerable emerging here?

Have a go for sure but the opposition are in it for the long hall and have absolutely nothing to lose!

Even worse is the fact that they don't even fucking well care! the bastards!

They went a lot further than that. They shot him down publicly, then launched a poll that collected a statistic, and then used that to demonstrate publicly that he was unsupported by the majority.

I am all for opinion, but the way in which it was delivered and used as a tool to defeat, lost YOU a lot more than YOU would had gained if YOU had SAID NOTHING.

Fucking smart move, champ. How about all the of the people who voted "no" start a fucking thread of their own, and organise to GO DO SOMETHING USEFUL about the problem?? No, I did not think so.

I laughed and I laughed and I laughed.

A piss poor idea made even worse but a total lack of orginisation skills.

It was always going to fail - but you wanted to be the big man and went to the herald before you even had support for you idea.

You have shown the public and media how amaturish a campain can be. You have done a diservice to the cause - and by calling yourself a footsolder from kiwibiker have done a diservice to the site also.

Epic fail on every front. Well done.

Sorry, would have replied earlier. Was out on public relations ride and helping spread the word.

Tell you what, between you and me... I lost sweet fuck all. If you have a problem with me voicing my opinion then tough. Of course your welcome to voice your opinion on that without me condemning you for doing so.

    Have a great day.

As opposed to going to the Herald - talking up being a "foot soldier" of kiwibiker and using that to pretend he was supported by the majority.
