So i ordered some bolts for the fairings from www.bikebolts.com as they had been mentioned several times on the ninja250 board and i thought i would take advantage of the current exchange rate.
This was about 2 weeks ago. After the first week i emailed them as there had been no word on my order. I get this as a response
The USPS site saysHi,
Your order was shipped and is in transit. It was delayed due to a part stock. The tracking number shows no information yet. You can track your order form the USPS website at www.usps.com, go to track and confirm and enter: ##############
Sorry for any inconvenience...
Thank you,And it has stayed that way for a week now. Starting to get annoyed! Just sent them another email so should get a reply tomorrow. The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on October 21, 2009 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if / when available. Information, if available, is updated periodically throughout the day. Please check again later.
Is it really that bad for me to order something and expect it to be shipped straight away? Or to be notified if something is out of stock straight away? Starting to feel like i have been ripped off now!
Have ordered something else from the states today wonder if that will show up.
Anyone else have any troubles ordering from the good old U.S of A?
