Hmmm, not sure how long you've been in NZ, but here it's traditional to tell your parents that you hate them and will never forgive them when this sort of thing happens.

How long did you have your hornet for? Sounds like you really liked your bike, do you have any friends who ride? If you do, make sure you keep in practice

well i'm quite happy when they said they don't want me to get hurt.. but i said i can take care of my self.. i don't argue with them.. they are always right..
i had my hornet for ONLY 3 MONTHS!
i have heaps of friends who ride.it was more den a bike. it was family.... and yea.. don't worry bout the sneaking out.. i got it covered

At your age (same age as me) I think its fairly right for you to lead your own life to an extent, yes your parents care for your safety but come to an agreement that to show their true love they should allow you to ride a motorcycle. Its what makes you happy and they should want you to be happy, no? Dont lead a sheltered life, lead your own with the guidance of your parents, not instructions of parents.

Just because you are in an asian family doesent mean its socially and traditionally acceptable for your parents to rob you of your freedom, dont let anyone take that away from you, no one.
