I will be writing a letter and requesting confirmation that they have received the letter. I will be using my contract management techniques that use at work dealing with big corporate wanks and the like in my job when they under perform. I will also be sending the letter via track and trace so that I know that they received it.

Mate, I have lost count of the amount of times I have rung and been on hold for an hour or so while being escalated up the managment line. Long story short; they wont do anything no matter how nice you start out being to them right through to getting angry. They are all trained to be as unhelpful as they can be. If I have to ring and talk (read ABUSE) to them one more time I think I may go lala.....

If I were still hooked up with XT I would be doing all I could to get out of it.
The CEO Fulla on TV last couldn't guarantee that it wont happen again.
