Was a great night, lots of fun meeting some Welly-ites (and some from further afield)!. Meeting the famous Stoney in person was an education - the last thing I heard as I went to bed last night and the first thing I heard this morning was Stoney's un-amplified voice roaring across the campsite. Rumour has it photographic evidence exists of Stoney with his mouth actually closed, but I don't believe it!

Looks like you guys had a bit of fun in the morning.
Would have loved to stay a little longer but the better half wasn't quite feeling the better half.
For someone who has long since given up drinking, too polish off 3/4 of a bottle of vodka in a little over 3 hours was just a little bit too much.
I had fun though, got to meet a few more of you in person.
Good place for it too. I didn't know that little campsite existed even though I had been around the coast and past that spot several times in the 4x4. We will definitely be back there for some more camping and a spot of fishing.

    .
She'll be right, practise makes perfect ! It's the standing upright for more than 3 hours i've yet to master !
A girlfriend once asked " Why is it you seem to prefer to race, than spend time with me ?"
The answer was simple ! "I'll prolly get bored with racing too, once i've nailed it !"

    Bowls can wait !

Looks like I left just in time, so I will have a tent next time I want to go camping. Trying to update some pictures but the new forum software is playing tricks on me. It might take a while.

twas an awesome time. Next time.. I aint gonna mix wine with Whiskey.. That tickled the head a bit.. Am also gonna take a better supply of drink.. Good to finally meet CJ. (Didnt actually get a hiding )

laxi.. Pics of the tent?? Thankfully i left in time then eh? - Also, Thanks for riding over the Haywards and Takas with me.. Aint doing either of those again in the condition the weather was in on the way home..

Riding down Lake road and was in the middle of the left lane, Next thing i knew i was in the middle of the right hand lane and then back in the center of the road!
The only stupid question is a question not asked!

I am sure Cloggy's missus will master 3/4 's of a bottle long before you master standing up or Stoney masters silence but thats perfect otherwise we would have to pay for entertainmant

    Yeah, lack of practice.
I must be a bad influence on her. She doesn't drink anymore and has recently given up smoking too.
