    Noper.

    I've never owned a Suzuki.
I've had many Hondas though, and the only things I've had to fix were one (1) footpeg bolt, and two (1.873) R/R/R/R s.
Oh - and I had to treat them weekly (or was it weakly?) with some special anti-gheyness wax.
    ... and that's what I think.

    Or summat.

    Or maybe not...

    Dunno really....

I have noticed with my Honda that I need to fill up the petrol tank every now and then. Most annoying, but according to my dealer and Honda NZ this is NOT a warranty issue.

Mrs H has had her share of Suzuki-related issues. Most have been electrical, particularly the sidestand switches. On her Marauders, the entire electrical system seems to centre on the sidestand switch. After having had her second switch fail on her Bandit, it's now disabled.

The Bandit's throttle mechanism appears to be only good for about 30,000 odd km. It looks like she's about due for a second one.

Mechanically her Bandit is just fine. It's done about 66,000km now (Mrs H will have had it about three years in June) and thanks to a Scottoiler still on its original chain and sprockets.

That said, a Bandit 1250, or a Strom Thou still figure in my "Highly Rated" list. I am also most interested in the rumoured GSR750.

The SV650 pro twin has certainly taken a bit of abuse. It's been written off by an unknown and raped by a Mair who thinks rev limiters are an indicator to upshift.

Having said that, it used to run out of puff at 10,500, now it runs to 11,200 happy as Larry. Some say they do that before they blow, but hey, we'll see I guess.

I got 2 zukis, one is super reliable, other one has a lot of minor nagging problems. It reflects on how they were treated by the previous owners...

That wax doesn't work when it's raining men.

I've owned three so far. Never had trouble with any of them.
