I agree. I have crashed mine multiple times and it's still holding together !

Arai helmets have been lackluster. Only 2 of 8 helmets get a 4+ star rating. My much cheaper LS2 gets a 4 star rating.

    Thank you for the research.

It just supports my unfounded bigotry.

My disapproval is niether here nor there - your last question was more of a statement and probably should be removed.

As for the rest, it's your head, and judging by the tenor of your postings here you may have failed to protect it recently.

I challenged you to 'disprove' NOT 'disapprove'....are you blind or illiterate or both ????

Yes you are right....it's called a 'rhetorical' question

But I don't expect someone who cannot spell 'neither' to know that

My, my - what an unpleasant little troll you are.

Feel free to leave your libellous statement about Arai Helmets there, I don’t really care (I wear a Shoei).
I tell you what, if you want someone to disprove your statement, send it here:dold@dold.co.nz
Please keep us posted on the reply.

Showy.....oh they are really good......but not as good as an Arai.....you see Arais cost more, so they are better...get one.

You obviously think your head is only worth $1000

An Arai head is worth $2000.....according to your tired old marketing cliche

Get Showy to raise their prices. It would make it a much safer brand !

If you would like me to explain any big words or concepts that are a bit difficult for you...please ask

I own an Arai a Shoei an FMF and an HJC....that means my head is worth heaps, but it still can't spell and occasionally forgets things like "wher'd I leave my helmet??

They are good when the weather is hot, not so good for highway as periferal vison is less than adv helmet. They also fog up in the cold. With a visor you can lift the lid to let some air in. They are in their element for trail riding in summer though!!

Make sure you wear earplugs and be prepared for a stiff neck after a few road kms if you go with the MX lid set up.
Great for short road bits to link up dirt stuff though.

A bit off anti fog sprayed in the goggles is worth it for the slow and sweaty trails though. Or if your a 'fashionista' Oakley make a double-glazed and vented lens which is bloody brilliant... despite the label, etc etc

    happy trails
