Can anyone possibly check out a high km bike in Auckland for me?

Saw another potential bike up in auckland to tide me over, however it has quite high kms (70000). I was wondering if anyone would be able to have a quick look over the bike (if its ok with the owner) to see if they can notice anything wrong with it.

the bike is located in Mt Wellington, just waiting for the owner to give some contact details to see if they can get it to frostys lot in henderson
