Any full synth oil will do you fine. E.g Motul 800/Castrol TTS.

Once you pick a oil keep to that oil. Warm the bike up everytime. Shouldn't have too many problems. Do a gearbox oil change once every 2000km odd. Gearbox oil is freaken cheap. RG's take 1050ml. Doesn't harm to put in 1100ml. Oyster on here knows best about RG150's. If you do blow up your engine. Don't go selling it. You can almost do both ends on a RG150 these days for under 500$.
