    rub it with soft cake of soap
    put it in vice and heat with primus torch- the ones plumbers have- you should get one- very useful
    when the soap turns black - it is at right temp to bend back.
    let it cool naturaly

    are you sure you'll be able to manage doing it yourself?? i know how you have difficulty when trying to park your bike on a little hill... thats learner type stuff..

    brake snake is just a bit of trace/snare wire couple off crimps and some plastic tube very easy to make up bits are available from a fishing shop etc clear tubeing can be got at mitre ten or plastic box or you could go fancy and get some fancy coloured silicon tubeing from one of the many boy racer parts shops or probaly even supercheap could even match up all your carb lines at the same time extra bling

    that said I did get a premade one in a packet from zen lol

    just bend the brake lever if you can't be arsed having a go take it to your local panel beater with some beer

    DRC do them for well under $20,

    wouldnt bother with the hassle given they cost round $15

    A couple of plastic zip ties work just as well.
