    Look at what they've put at the top of my street!

    Personally, I think its a good idea.

    I would agree at least its a start in education of other road user's,lets wait and see if that idea becomes nationwide

    You had better watch out on that bit of road now - you may have a few cars run up your arse while they are reading the sign .........


    My favorite bit of road has a sign with a motorcycle on it saying "enjoy the ride, not the race"

    Problem is they put it on a bit of road just before a couple of nice bends ...........

    I didnt see any other sponsorship details on there. Looks like a solo North shore city council initiative. I think its great. Might be a good time to lobby them for some more free (motorcycle only) parking spaces around the city as well !

    Spending money on billboards is diverting money from actively teaching people threat assessment, observation and practical riding skills.

    Passive advertising campaigns only impress the people looking for them.

    There was one on Avalon road in Hamilton, above the cop-depot, when i was there last year. Only one ive ever seen in person though!

    I have a seen a few pop up in the south but needs to be more on the one eye box...

    Billboards are well defeinting the purpose really lets all stop looking at the road and our surroundings and read the billboards...
