Not a rubbernecking thread, but, does anyone know if this incident in ChCh was a genuine 'motorcycle' or was it a scooter? I've typically only seen Harley's and scooters in the cycle lanes. Story says it was a motorcycle. Story is right next to the levy rises piece in The Press
