I spoke to a racer affectionately known by his peers as "dobbsy". He is a race bike mechanic as well as a racer himself who has competed in the top class at Isle of Mann. He told me his 'tuned' 2008 Yamaha YZF-R1 with full pipe etc etc that he races this year had 170rwhp.

My GSXR1000 had 131 RWHP (canadian spec)
It was done at triple zee
