    Accident

I have just been told of an accident between Opua & Paihia which happened in the last couple of hours involving a car & a bike. A number of fire appliances, police & a helicopter have been involved. No other info at the moment.
The prick who told me seemed quite gleeful that a rider had been involved. I won't go into the details of his cruel comments. I'm sure their will be pay back.
My thoughts & hopes to those who are close.

Is it your intention to cause untold needless worry posting a thread like this?

Or is it just a medal you're after?

Why would this thread cause "untold needless worry"? I think your just being a usual drama queen katman.

It's happened a number of times on here in the past.

Everybody starts worrying about who they might know who might be riding in that area.

This idea of being 'The One to Break the News' is fucking pathetic.

Does everyone, can you speak for everyone here? I for one are saddened by the news and hope that its no one I know well. Im certainly not going to get worried, simply because it is a total waste of time. I honestly think that your moaning about this thread is what is truely F'ing pathetic. Do you have nothing better to do scatman? Ive not been here since the 3rd of September, but the first thing I see when I look in the forums, is you making an arse of yourself. Some things never change, do they.

I reckon its a good thing. Reminds everyone that riding can be a dangerous past time, especially with the increasing idiot factor on the NZ roads. Ive already had my accident posted, as you would know. The one thing that really helped me was everyone wishing Donna and myself the best. It really helped with my want to survive and do what was needed to get back home. The one thing that I wouldn't want to see is people bickering and arguing over the need for the thread in the first place. My thoughts are with the rider, family, significant others and friends. This would be the case if I knew the rider or not. If it was a local that I know, then I would be wanting to find out if there was anything that I could do. Besides, if anyone does not like a thread here, they are more than welcome to ignore it, ay.

As is your assumption that that is the truth.

Shit mate, the amount that you are unduly subscribed to what you believe, and then thoughtlessly act it out, is incredible. Not everything you believe is how it really is.
