Still dude given the subject you were ripping him on that's just low and incredibly disrepectfull to others. If you havn't noticed, Winja, mikey and others have toned thier shit down recently. If you were trying to be more like them you failed and went beyond where I think even they are capable of going.

well, after a lengthly conversation with my dad, i've come to the conclusion that making a solar powered bike right now would be a bit tame. The speed you'd get wouldn't be that great. I will look into it again when I've made my first couple of millions tho.
I want to make a race bike first ya see.
So I was wondering...has anyone seen or heard about a hybrid bike?
Apparently hybrid cars go as fast as gas guzzlers.

You could essentially cut the weight down in ya race bike by reducing the amout needed for petrol ... go on the smell of an oily rag sorta thing. Plus the battery could be smaller...but then would you use that weight lost in electrics??

Acid batteries are sooooooo 90's.

What you want is a Lithium Iron of Nickel Metal Hydride. More power, less weight and far less prone to the dreaded 'memory effect' than othe types.

There are loads of ways to make your own battery. it depends on what kind of power you need. You can even make a battery using your own bodily fluids. And I don't mean the yucky ones.

Looked real good ...till it melted
....the "heat-resistant" material, wasn't so heat resistant after all

But at least I know the electrics work Now I maybe just need to put a higher resistor into it....and find some better material....I found some "wadding" that might be a goer....

Anyone know where I might be able to get hold of a second hand fire blanket?
