    6R: Note to self

    Note to self, and whomever else is listening;

    Always, ALWAYS check your WOF before you sit your restricted practical. DO NOT assume that it is correct just because the past 5 years your mum has been doing your car WOF so you've never had to deal with it before.

    ASSUMEing makes an ASS and of U and Me....or maybe just me?

    Note to self. Maintain my own shit rather than have mummy do it for me for 5 years!

    Does that mean you fail your restricted? OR did you just need to reschedule for another day?

    Hpefully your bike passes the WOF, so you wont have to rebook again.

    Bummer, vehicle not up to standard = $ gone, yes?

    My wife did her licence test in a car with no WOF. Put the sun visor up after she had passed, looked at the sticker, oops that was lucky.......

    Fortunately it was back in the days when the cops did the testing and didn't check that stuff.

    Not for all of us though lol. I've had to do the warrants for all my vehicles since I started driving/riding. I don't mind taking them in, it's when they fail for whatever reason that sucks.

    Another take away thought might be that you need to ensure you read the conditions on any forms etc like the one you get back when you book in for your restricted which quite clearly tells you the conditions for being able to sit/pass the test.

    Good luck for Monday
