Any sites other then TM and T&E where people list projects/classic bikes?

Depends on what you are after really. If it's a particular marque then the local club or if it's a project sometimes the main guy for that model's parts might know of something. Classic bike folk tend not to be very interweb, you might have to get out there and go to swap meets or club runs etc and talk to people. Advertising in paper media works sometimes.

Some things take time, it took me 3 1/2 years to find a decent Monza, and I waited 9 years to get my Mk1 after seeing it in a bike shop way above what I could afford.
