Replcement disk's

I've got Grahams number, I'll give him a bell for a price, I dunno about them thou, what I mean is they don't really have experience in brakes. How long has he and his Dad been doin disks for? Has any one tryed a set of Graham's Disks.? I just don't wanna get stung

Mate has some on his RSVR Aprilia & say's they are Mint I think they have a 1 year warranty . Mate had a guy that races a Aprilia at Wanganui try his bike at a Hill climb & he said that they were better than on his race bike . So worth a try I say .PS they look excellent as well

erm, I bought a set of EBC stds & they were ~ $560ish all up with Galfer pads

I bought mine a few years ago when the exchange rate was poo.

It was about USD$400 for the discs, $70 for the pads and $30 for shipping or so.

mate has had ongoing problems for over a year with FGB discs including 2 replacements under warranty and one refund, hes got brembos now at about 1/2 the cost of OE and he reckons there sweet.

Sorry must be another kit - was reading about it on some dirty american site, think they were petal race disks, which makes no sense maybe a ally compound mix with something, because ally wouldnt be good at all I think? .

Kawasaki used plasma sprayed aluminium disks on the KR750 road racers (the watercooled triples) way back in the '70s.

You want REALLY trick disks - beryllium as used on certain USAF planes (Starlifter is one of them IIRC) super light, but they shed a rather toxic dust.
Honda investigated using beryllium (for weight reasons) but instead went to carbon, which are good, but only work when they're really hot.

Do you know how they preformed (plasma ali disks on the kawas)? (sadly I'm not up with that time, its interesting though)
