    Believe it, there are many parts on a bike capable of loosening over time due to vibration and weak tightening. It's a good idea to regularly check your bike for loose parts, especially before a decent ride! All goes hand in hand with keeping your bike well maintained and regularly serviced.

    Crashe, thankfully these 'issues' you are having with your bike aren't too serious and are relatively cheap to fix.
