    Only your arms hurt??

    haha we'll see about fast, its been bloody ages since ive been on any kind of trail, let alone tight stuff! my recent riding history is;
    december 28- banked speedway circuit racing
    november 22 - farm trail ride
    november early 1 hour mx on a semi technical track

    so im fairly out of practise on a bike! however, i have been ripping up a storm on my superjet!

    I'm assuming this is a trail ride, suitable for all abilities.... Grace I can't keep up with, but Sophie's not that quick (hope she doesn't read this) and they'll be on 85s, so hopefully not too many bottomless ruts. Boom is your wife coming too, more girls is good..... Both my girls are way beyond "beginner" but I don't want to put them off with a mini Erzberg.............Caveweta???

    I took my road-experienced 6L 15 y/o daughter along on Stus' hired CRF230, and she gasped at the complexity of it. It took her an hour before she came right, but boy did she come right.

    No, there are not toooooo many bottomless ruts, but there are a few, lol. They should be fine on 85's.

    They'll absolutely love it. It will take them places they haven't been before, and you will likely see them go through a tough spot here and there, but at the end of the day they will be ecstatic and so will you.

    Yeah- what Steve said!- there are just two nasty ruts that will stop an 85 in its tracks but they are easy to ride around and there is this one hill that I think I will name Erzberg!- but you can divert around it. sometimes I get up it in one go-sometimes I dont....
    I think we can make a feature of it! I have been calling it the giants staircase- but it has big steps like the side of Erzberg
    Retired- just some guy with a few bikes......

    Hi
    Sophie can hang with me at the back as I'm also am beyond beginner but not super fast so she will have someone to ride with if you feel the urge for a blast
    and I am good at bush bashing to dodge rather large gradients
