They arrogantly step out as you get a green, long after they had their phase. I see how quickly I can get to the other side of the intersection, and, as a byproduct of the process, they also start their own race to exit the intersection

lol, reminds me of the tool that walked in front of my 7 ton truck (when enmpty) while i was doing 20 in a car park, put his hand up telling me to stop so he could walk in front of me. Idiot.That I have to agree with, having lived in Auckland for 10years I can honestly say Auckland ped's have a fucking death wish, the amount of times ive had to either slow or stop due to one just walking out in front of me is astounding. I was telling the misses this while we were driving around, not more than 30mins later some clown just walks out in front of us
