Suspension settings

Well not long to go before i get ye olde licence back so im starting to get the bike ready for the big day.

What i need is any advice on my suspension on my '92 zxr 250

Ive searched the net everywhere and cant find any help, ive been playing around and want to find out what the factory settings are.

So what i would be interested in is the rear shock setting, the front fork settings ( e.g. how much to have poking out the top by the bars ) and what the setting is for the screw things at the base of the forks (preload?)


Hopefully with my limited knowledge i have explained it slighty so you guys know what i mean

ANY advice at all would be much appreciated

The last time i had the bike on the road, any corners where i was dropping the bike down low, the rear wheal was stepping out all over the place and made me feel very nervous!!!!!!!!
