    I got one of these for use on the R1100GS and KTM 525exc. This has made a huge difference especially to the KTM. $65.00 trademe member Maywind.

    Having the same trouble with the SVS seat - my arse bones are still complaining a week after the ride...despite a jar and a half of HTFU pills...

    Yeah screw taking MORE pills ..... lol !! Nothing wrong with being comfortable and enjoying your ride ..... and not just for an hour or so ... IMO.

    I used three layers of thin foam, was like a sponge kind of stuff,, it worked well, ive also added this to the ktm seat,,, made my bum more happy...

    If you want to a rough and ready, The warehouse pet department have pet sleeping mat sheepys big enough to cover the pillion too, in oval shape, different pile lengths for 20 bucks. Most are one piece and have no seams. Couple of temporary velcro dots to keep in local and your away. Just an option.
    I like all motorcycles equally, but some more equally than others.

    That's a tank of gas and a full lunch somewhere nice on the ride!
    You gotta ride longer Km's Andy...The arse will HTFU...eventually....No good skipping around the Southern Waikato for a few hours.. Use that 525 and go wander overnight....

    Corbin is the only way to go, after 14 day's 5000ks gravel & tar seal roads,Butt felt as if i had just got on the bike to start out on the trip.
