Damn it......anybody got a bike I can borrow. I don't think a bike shop is going to let me take one for the weekend to trial.

*ahem*.. if there's any long distance riding/fun to be had, then I have it or no one does... sorry V.. but if the exchange of cash was involved, then I have no say.

Not really looking forward to a fellow KBer buying it tho. No offence to anyone, but to be reminded about what you had to give up is a bit of a kick in the nuts. It's like watchin your best mate ride yer missus.. just shouldn't happen..

What if someone bought it with the intention of selling it back to you when you are ready?

Believe me mate f I had a job right now I would be at the bank tryng for a looan to get your bike (May have fallen in love with it) and wouldn't mind selling it back to you in the future when you were ready. Love yours but want one that is officially mine ya know? Anyway we'll see how things go here in the next week or so and if I get the job I'm chasing and if you still have it I start setting things in motion. Don't hold your breath though my luck with the emplyment industry here s somewhat lacking.

Hope you guys have a good ride out there, and fingers crossed for the weather for you all!!
fuk, ok, looks like I might be making it after all. Set my place, I'll try me best.
Don't mind holding back with the newbies either, so stick me on the list for that if I can make it. If it's definates needed, then don't worry, but happy to help where I can..

Hm . I probably have to cage to Whangamata that day. If not I may come and nana along with the slow riders - nanas and newbies, sounds right. Especially if it rains.

No need to be in the list. SM was just giving us an idea of the numbers and names of the interested parties (cheers man!)

Just turn up if you can make the ride.

P.S. Were you going to Hamilton on your bike? SH22 is THE best route from Auckland to Hamilton! Our lunch stop is 20mins north of Hamilton City center.
