I dunno what a CT125 is,apart from being 125cc - but on the flywheel should be an F mark and a T mark,line up the T mark with whatever small arrow on the cover....the O on the camshaft sprocket should line up with a mark on the head,usualy 12 o'clock,or 3 or 9 o'clock,and we may as well say 6 o'clock for good measure.The cam should be on the back of both lobes,meaning there will be no weight on it and you should be able to turn it a little each way.If it's a Honda the CDI rotor (sounds like what you are saying) is located by a very small pin,do NOT loose the pin,and make sure the rotor locates on it.(fingers crossed....)
