Trying to be a good dog
Name and shame has been a central component of a protest, usually outside the place of shame or the town hall.
If instead, everyone found out via facebook, or a whaleoil blog...., that bikers are being ripped off...
I think it depends, but going viral on youtube or whatever seems to be a super effective tool of protest.
A database of all kinds of blogs and forums from equestrian to zooooology, that can be virally targetted and infiltrated
