The Phantom gets his knee down

I was heading down the southern motorway about 4.30 yesterday afternoon to see my new lady friend in the cage.Coming through Spaghetti Junction I can see a bike coming from behind and to my left,I,m in the outside lane so I move over to the right of my lane to give him plenty of room.He flew past me and I watched as he took the next 2 corners hanging off the bike knee down ,he must have been doing 140 to 160k I,d guess,he certainly knew his stuff,though it was pretty dangerous.What did stick out was the red leathers with the Phantom,s skull on the back ,pretty distinctive,looked pretty cool really.
All sad and done though he is a very naughty boy

Could he be the NZ Ghost Rider ?
Pic attached is similar but his one was better done.
Any ideas who it was ?

Having something so distinct on your leathers and riding fast is just asking to be caught..
Easy for the cops to find ,APB look out for biker in red leathers with skull on back wanted for doing a runner,can hardly blend in and claim it was another biker..
