I'm actually looking forward to this one a lot more than the previous one. While it was great to do the biker thing, it was a limited message. There's so much more at stake now. As Ixion warned, the ACC levies on bikes were just the start. Do we want to see a time when our children can't play sport at school because the ACC levies for the schools are too high because ACC was sold to insurance companies? Or when our mother falls over, breaks her hip and she can't get an operation for two years because ACC won't pay for old people's ops because the cost/benefit ratio is not good. We'll be needing private insurance for Health, private insurance for ACC, and be paying huge tax before we know it. And I to my motorcycle parked like the soul of the junkyard. Restored, a bicycle fleshed with power, and tore off. Up Highway 106 continually drunk on the wind in my mouth. Wringing the handlebar for speed, wild to be wreckage forever.
