Bucephalus is back. Fuel line replaced.

Wellington Motorcycles just about gave themselves a hernia sorting it out too. Pete, on his day off, popped in to work to make sure they remembered to come get the bike. You can't buy service like that. Or I may have done. I don't know.

    Whatever, I'm happy.

I hope it'll manage to hit a spot somewhere between the Z and the ZX, I'm sure you know what I mean.
I can recommend some nice roads in the South Island if you want to use it as well...

Side boobs do, indeed, look less ridiculous on a naked. I don't however, see the sticker showing that it's been tested (and approved) by a skinny arse computer nerd anywhere. Don't want to get busted for that .... you know where I am

That is an impressive looking set of wheels - nice use of white.
    Here for the ride.

Just went around the block and It's exceeded expectations. It's more comfortable than the Zed. The riding position is definitely a country for old men.

Just need to spend a solid day setting the suspension up.

I think it is more visible than the orange bike too. The white and black contrast stands out from the background clutter. I had two early aborted pull-out-on-JD instances that I'd normally have had to stop for. It feels like the steering is high effort but it's where you want to be before you get there, if you know what I mean.

    The Brakes.

I made the mistake of using two fingers. Mini-stoppie.

    One finger from now on.

Yes, they can be very good, the front on my 12R was superb.

However, I ran out of Sunday trying to sort my X out.

Hence the current wee visit to the shop.

The 2010 CR gets the normal bars as standard along with the cables that go with the kit. The Z bars are now/were the option. What you do? Bend your disc?

Old, some would say wise. Nothing wrong with appreciating comfort! And if it is as easy to deal with as the Zed - but with more bite - then it's a nice bike indeed.
