    Well that's new!

I got carved up by a bike on the bridge this morning. He dived into the left lane as I was about to pass, obviously "didn't see me". Luckily his amateurish wobbling warned me that he might do something stupid.
So, if you're reading this chummy, you're lucky I wasn't some half-asleep cager dreaming about what he'd like to do to Darlene the typist. You would've had a cage enema.

Proberlby young and full of bravado when he saw another bike on the road, good on ya for not following him and kicking his arse

Bikers have enuf on our hands with cagers, all we need is to have to look out for crazy bikers as well!

I had something similar a few weeks ago (I didn't post it like you Lou,I daren't critisise riders here, they might give me bad rep) As I put my indicator on to move right into the middle lane a bike in the outside lane swooped across 3 lanes to the inside lane - I bet he thought that was pretty cool, but if
I hadn't of been changing ears on my phone to change CDs I might of been able to clip him and teach him a lesson.

It must be the season for it. I was being driven home from work the other evening when somebody on a Buell/HD lookie likey something or another went tear arsing around our car as we were heading into a tight left hander. I swear to god he did a power slide into the corner. But it was a too little dark to be sure

The driver of the car I was in shat herself thinking he was going to crash. She swears he just lost control as he entered the corner. I think he was just stupid - albeit talented.

definitely the season for it. On the way to work today in a hrumph cage
a guy came roaring up past me (filtering) at a huge rate of knots.
The car 2 in front of me had indicated and was starting to change lanes as this dude got near his back bumper.
How the bike avoided hitting the car Ill never know.
It kinda put a different prospective on things when ya see it frome a cagers point of view.
The cage driver had looked in his mirror ,had indicated and as far as I can tell looked again when he started to change lanes but the bike was just moving too fast to be visible as he started to change lanes.

    As you say...

It is best for car drivers to have been riders and riders to have driven cars. Lessons to be learned on both sides.

I am more forgiving of riders when I drive (and when I ride I am much more aware of being in someone's blind spot - and I wear a vomitious-green fluorescent jacket ATT).
