    Congrats. Great score.

The Daytona 650 has one of the nicest, most confidence inspiring front ends of any bike i've ridden.
We'll be cheering for it at the 3 hour race on the weekend.

Dead sexy in red too - and fwiw - I've just been over at motomail - and they have some new style Rjays leather jackets just in - IN RED. (and black)

Aaahhhh. But I'm already kitted in black/white/silver Hein Gericke 2-piece leathers & the very cool (and matching the celtic theme) Shoei XR1000 with Diabolic graphic, so I don't need to get any R-Jays stuff.

Plus I find the R-Jays stuff too big for me in the wrong places ie shoulder width, neck circumference & length. They're Aussie kit made for Antipodean males (ie rugby/league players). Reasonable quality though.

Dave - who's racing the Triumph at the 300 race then???

Only 30minutes until I can kit up & find the long way home.

    Nice...bikes do look better 'outside'!

It must look pretty *identical* to the attached showroom pic - now that would look nice in my gargre (I've got something else nicely parked in there at the moment anyway )

Well that would just look da bomb!
Love that diabolic. I'm in the process of securing a new Shoei myself.
I got a lecture from mckay that my all black XR9000 is too much black ink on the KR magazine pages and I have to get something with a graphic to define the shapes better.
Almost said yes to the red diabolic, but I'm going for the 'X-SPIRIT KAGAYAMA TC5' - it's greys will go with anything I happen to be riding. Can't wait till i get my mits on it.

I have rjays leather jeans - they are comfy on the bike and were reasonably priced, but I'm going to get Kerry at MSW to make me some for next season.

A little embarassingly - i can't tell you who is racing the Daytona just now - but I aim to finds out!

    .

Congrats on the new bike Slim!!

What was the "win" that halved the loan? Have I missed something?

What??? You mean you didn't get a carbon fibre accessory catalogue as standard with the purchase??? When I bought my bikes I got an envelope addressed "To you and your Monster" with them. The envelope contained a c/f accessory catalogue, and a Ducati accessories catalogue, and a Ducati clothing catalogue. Very handy.

Leave it with me. I'll get some catalogues organised for you. What's your postal address?
