Hey, tried to do a search but couldn't see the answer to this anywhere...
Does anyone know if you can go and book your practical test and sit the eye test etc before the stand-down period for your current licence has finished?
The reason I ask is because I'm a teacher - I want to do the practical in the next school holidays. If I don't do it then I can see myself waiting til the end of term and to be honest I just want to get it done. So I kind of want to book it now even though I can't sit til April...but screw going to the AA and waiting in line for them to tell me it can't be done!
Anyone know?
