Just imagine, just for a few seconds how fuckin ace it would be to be tearing it up on that beautiful bike.

How could you not want one?

Similar. Mine was ~$220 which also included Hamilton motorcycles installing a take-off so I could run my radar detector and GPS. Prices are probably similar to Japan. I have a hugger on order which will be ~$160.

I was going to get the 2009 Daytona all geared up to pay then took it for a ride, just didn't fit the bike (gutted)
Take it for a ride first then take another bike then another till you can feel the difference, i think i took maybe 20 different bikes for a test ride before i got the gxxr.
but if you fit the daytona i would buy it.

Same as me when I was shopping for the first big bike. I loved it until I had to ride it. It just didnt sit well with me. Too aggressive and I wish I was a few inches shorter. I still think its the best 600 if you can live with the ergonomics.

i think if someone was about 5'5" it would fit well.

OK I take it back, I need a couple of feet removed, not inches then.

I'm only guessing and do not promote lowering one's self. unless its standands where the lower the better.

If your main concern is "does it go pretty quick?" then it sounds like you could do with a fuckload more time on the 250.

damn reading all about the comfort, it sounds disappointing. Im 6 ft 1 and I was looking hard at the 2010 675 daytona in white for my next step up.
I have been considering daytona, gixxer 600-750, stay with kwaka 6R, new norton commando (if possible to buy one), yamaha r6.
