I've done most if not all, I hate the worm infact I preferr to just go get some cheap vodka get some randoms to do some shots, with some lemon and salt, only You eat the salt, then squirt your eye with lemon and then do the shot, bloody funny on camera

erm i not sure bout that, but testical swelling might be one of the side effects of eating a live on you never know!
