Another super wet ride today. Sun shone all morning , 20 minutes before I'm due to take off the heavens opened. I didn't care.

Went over to Mot, hehe. I am a very naughty learner. I really struggle with staying under 70K, the bike just screams to be set free. Sounds bloody awful until you hit 90 and from then on it's just purring.

How am I going to stay legal?

And, how do I stop the fog in my helmet, I'm so excited and the heavy breathing and yeehaaaing is causing fog!

That's two days riding both in the wet, what a good way to test oneself and understand how the bike handles, we were made for one another...I'm in love!!!

To all you - been riding for years people - I so get it!!!!

For years I'd see people riding in the rain and think "Poor buggars", now it's just yeeha who gives a fuck it's riding time.

You'll have to get yourself a pinlock insert to stop the fogging. Not that I should condone blah blah but if you're gonna be going to Motueka regularly, I'd consider making sure your L plate blah blah blah

There is stuff called "Fog Off" that most motorcycle shops sell ... or keep the viser slightly open.

I think you got a shoei helmet - if so then you should be able to get pinlock inserts. Best thing I ever got in my arai for sure. It's like double glazing for your visor and never mists up. Just ask your bike shop.
