    Free packing crate

In my garage I still have the packing crate that I built to ship the DR over to Oz and back. It seems to have stood up to the task remarkably well.

I am reluctant to cut it up for firewood and am am unlikely to ever need it again. So it is free to anyone who will come and take it away.

    Anyone interested?

Could be... I've got a guy arriving today who is going to be breaking down a Ducati to take back to Aussie. I'll be in touch.

It should be big enough to take any Ducati in one piece.

There is a guy that organises trips to Sturgis on here, I saw he is doing another one at the moment, he may be worth contacting as some people ship their own bikes over, just as some hire one there.

Thanks for the suggestion Anne but it's probably just a bit short for a Harley
While I have your attention, I should mention that we had Nicky's 50th recently and someone I-phoned a bit of what we got up to.

Hadn't been together in 2 years and no rehearsals. Was a good night.

Guess I can hijack my own thread, eh?

I told the owner of the bike. His intentions are to break the bike down to individual parts to save on shipping as he's taking them back with him on the plane to Australia.

More space in the garage - excellent.
