    Arrow Xbox games.

I know this has been done before, but I'm sick of getting in trouble digging up old threads. Just got a Xbox and are wondering if there are any decient bike games for it. About to do the trade me search for games but the place where we brought the gear did not have any biking games, nor where they very helpfull in pointing any out...

Im a big fan of MTX mototrax, its an offroad game but the racing sucks. Have spent many hours just buzzing around doing stunts which more than makes up for the poor AI. I would recommend hiring it before you buy as I've found its either a love/hate thing with it.

For road racing you can't go past the MotoGP games, once again probably more fun just hooning around then actually racing.

Sadly PS2 seems to have the measure on Xbox when it comes to bikes, other than the 2 above I havn't really found anything else that is any good.

MotoGP2 is the shiz! It's a couple of years old now so you should find it cheaper than $120:

That's because MotoGP3 is coming soon:

You need to remember that not all cities/towns have a blockbuster. Wich sux becouse my card from the states will work at the ones here too. Anyway I ahvn't seen any that were that good yet for any system, but then I would rather ride my real bike than a CG one.

Yeah motogp2 is mint, I've got it on my computer and never get tired of playing it. Apparantly motogp 3 or somthing like that is supposed to be coming out over all platforms towards the end of this year. Heard that you can race 125's, 250's and motogp class bikes. Sounds pretty awesome, they will have a few extra tracks aswell i think.

But yeah definately go for motogp2.

Arrow Yea its the one I want.

MOTO GP ULTIMATE RACING TECHNOLOGY 2

But I'm wondering if I can be a tight arse and get it second hand or if I'm going to have to buy it new. I suspect new is the way because its hard to get and way popular.

Typical, I can get heaps of second hand PC games but no luck with Xbox, although I do have a mint PC gaming machine...

    motorbike games

    way-ull

I just tried out Motocross Mania 3 out the other night with Sensi...the bikes looked ok and so did the tracks...but the cofiguration of the menu bars bit the big one....the views were sucky and the only good part about any of it was the huge thrash and bash competition. Kinda like Road Rage on the PS2.

MotoGP2, would have to be the best so far....looks more realistic than any other bike game I've seen or played. You can even change your view to mud guard for that extra thrill.

And there's also the hoverbike games you can get...but I guess that's not really what you're asking about...

xBox unfortunately still doesn't have quite the consistent gamey goodness as the PS2 has ... it has better quality picture and sound (also pending on speakers) Also the option of LIVE and chipping makes xBox more appealing if you have cash to splash.

I think PS3 will try to overcome that with it's own form of computer/internet qualities. But xBox2 will be better yet again. Wonder when holograms will start coming out...

    Wait...we were talking about games
I think xBox's Playboy Mansion rocks
But I can't tell you about it cos, what goes on in the Grotto, stays in the Grotto

Buy a 12 watt soldering iron, and solder. Mod chip the xbox.
Put a 100 gig harddisk in it. Borrow any game off somebody, and copy it to the harddisk. Then give it back. - Couple of my friends have done that. I don't like Xbox's though.

As soon as playstations are released with harddisks, I will do the same thing. Bleh, $100 is expensive for a video game. Or whatever they retail for.

I find that most motorcycle games don't have enough throttle control.
I don't know what it is but I suck at motorbike games..............

it's no-where near that easy to modify an xbox for stolen software.
also - a chipped xbox will be banned instantly from xbox live and future games will not play on a modified xbox.
and you're stealing someone else's livelihood (like mine for example) - but you probably prefer not to think about that - right?

Sorry to tell you this, but give me an hour and I can turn a normal xbox into a modded one and copy a few games over. Very easy now days.

Sorry again, you seen the latest mod chips? You can turn them on and off via software, so you can play on xbox live sweet as. There are also the free to use other services that you can use (can't remember and of their names).

You're right there, but meh, everyone else is doing it so why not. There are guys on trademe that sell the xbox's modded and with 50 games or something like that already on the hard drive, if they aren't getting in the poop for it then I doubt anyone else will.

yep - i've seen them - i work for microsoft NZ, in the same division as XBOX.
dude - i think you may have a different view of theft than me.
maybe you should stop locking your bike, and as bike theft is so common, someone could steal it, after all - "everyone's doing it".
there are probably stolen bikes and cars on trademe too - does that make it ok?
    enlighten me.
