    Decision time.

Ive come to a point now that i can no longer afford to race my bike, until my pay rate increases slightly that is..
So what do i do, park my bike up and sit on it for a while (not literatley), sell and buy cheaper trail style bike and do odd trail ride until things improve then get back into racing or sell bike and save my money untill things improve and get right into it with newer bike.

just started a 3-4 year apprenticeship so gona be a while till things get better id say

I reckon sell if you are out for a few years - when you get back in you'll want the newest bike you can get . In the meantime practise on a trailbike and try different skills out.
Not riding at all isn't a serious option is it?
    Say it ain't so..

i say sell the car ..buy a road bike and hitch a lift with your mates to the mx .....or how about sponsorship..just to cover entry fees etc ,..if you are paying it off that makes things hard ..but if you own it why not just sit on it , doesnt eat any money just sitting there
if you think life is 2 short , get a taller one

sell the car, buy a diesel corolla or caldina. get your engineering mate to make you a bike rack for the back of it- theres your transport sorted- cheap as chips to run, virtually no maintenance, bulletproof!

no trailer to maintain / pay fees on, cheap insurance on the car, 13' tyres

and then do as many homies as you can servicing everyone's cars.

they definately standard run 13's, ive owned both cars and had a later diesel corolla as a work car, also on 13s.

note im referring to early to mid 90's models

Sell the KXF and get a two stroke. Cheaper to run and maintain and just cut back on how much you ride, pick the rides that you really want to do and pass on the others. We have all had to make sacrifices over the years so your not alone!!
Plus if you can only ride selected events you find that you enjoy them allot more !!!
But definitely get a bike that is cheaper to keep going!!
