Was chatting to a nice pair of KB'rs at the Welly rally.

Won't go into how we got onto the subject but chap was absolutly certain that it was legal to piss on the left hand rear wheel of a vehicle in public. AS in wouldn't be arrested for indecent exposure.

Anyone know for sure?

What about pissing on the rear wheel of a bike if one is standing on the left side?

I've pissed into an empty Do Bro can before today, was years ago when they were tallish, come to think of it, I needed an extra can to finish what I had started....

Yeah I seem to remember something along the lines of rear passengers wheel too, though buggered if I know why I would know something like that. I much prefer behind a bush myself

somethng floating round in the back of my mind seems to recall that this is true

dates back to when it wasn't the l/r wheel of your car but the left rear leg of your horse u were pissing next to

Long grass is fine, but beware of thistles, blackberries, gorse and stinging nettle for they will hurt and bring you much grief!

indecent exposure requires intent to expose and therefore if you stand behind your vehicle (left rear wheel) and conceal your actions, let alone actioning equiptment you could have the defence of no intention to exposure yourself.

There used to also be a charge (fine) of urinating in a public place, but I believe that was mostly council rules related to built up areas. so this defence would only get you a smaller fine if you happen to be parked on a city street.

Ya can be nailed on two charges. Don't know exact wording but has something to do with indecent exposure and the other is casting offensive matter, both in a public place. But a definitive answer to your question.............................don't know.

Iwould think you are correct, but being a woman I can't pee against anything but what I'm squatting over anyway, so have no way to test the law in this regard.
