Well i missed out on this trip at xmas time...

A rerun at easter weekend.

so its time to do it before daylight savings ends..

which way should i go, up the guts, and back down the coast......

the proposed plan.

I'm doing almost the reverse the weekend after next! You'd be better off doing the full coro Loop though as you miss the Coro Hill and other stuff if you don't do the eastern leg

Coromandel.
You need to take the Tapu - Coroglen road to the east and stop for a brew at the Coroglen tavern then up to the 309 road back towards Coromandel town. If the Castle Rock road is open by then you can take that to HW25 east of Coro Town. All of these are nice gravel roads and tracks if you don't mind taking your road bike on the gravel

We are on the other coast but there is always a place for you here Joe.

as we miss out on 2 long weekends this year,, and daylight savings is coming to a end soon.. its the only weekend i can get away..

cheers anthrax, this ride is about 5-6 weeks away, hopefully you can tag along for a day....

will lookin to the roads you have listed..

hay blackbird, post up road conditions when you been round..
