Back on topic... I'm after same. Saw a suggestion to try a models/hobby shop.

Let me know if you track some down; I could do with a few M6 jobbies, happy to go halves in a bulk pack.
    Cheers,
    Colin

Try a place that sells parts for 950KTM's.....may I suggest a KTM dealer....I cannot believe they are so cost prohibitive that you save enough money to piss about looking at other suppliers......

This, in the long run just forces the price of parts higher and higher........

good luck though, a well worth it exercise for sure........

Tried them, and half a dozen other similar places in town for copper sealing washers. Almost unobtainium. Some carry some odd imperial sizes that you could poke your finger through, but nothing useful for a metric motorcycle.
    Cheers,
    Colin

Now that you are off you high horse, Yes you are right, a couple of nylon washers aren't worth pissing about for a deal for. Does my post anywhere state I am looking for a cheaper deal?

I went to my friendly local Genuine KTM dealer first and was told they couldn't get them, so now I'm looking for alternative suppliers as that avenue appears exhausted.

Now fuck off back under the rock from where you crawled dickhead.

I got some from an outfit called EDS I would have thought any fastener supplies would have an idea where you could get some.

WW is right, a lot of the copper ones (not nylon) are either weird imp id's or are way too big on the od, and they are nigh on impossible to machine down.
I mentioned vegetables once, but I think I got away with it...........

This used as a seal? Under a bolt head?

Use Dowty washers. Nitrile rubber pressure seal inside a steel washer.

Most engineering suppliiers orta have 'em. Most don't though.
Almost any hydraulic service supplier will have.

No; used on fairing panels to stop scratches and/or the paint from flaking off (at least, that's what they are for on the 640A).

Edit: Or did you mean the copper ones?
    Cheers,
    Colin
