    Finishing the ZXR rebuild

just wondering if some more mechanically minded and experienced people can point me in the right direction of what i need to do with regards to making sure that my ZXR is in tip-top shape to go back on the road.

I've changed the fluids (brakes, coolant and oil) what else should i check/lubricate and what with. I have done the electrics with CRC and also CRC'd the front axle.

I'm planning to dissassemble it partly to get the wheels and fork bottoms painted so i figured now would be a good time to be doing the final checks.

    Any help appreciated

It's better to not pass and know that you could have than to pass and find out that you can't. Wait for the straight.

I dont think CRC is a good idea...I'd suggest pulling the front wheel off and regreasing/repacking everything. Have your bearings checked while your at it..may save dramas later on.

smear those axles with high temp bearing grease,

if you want to live to any old age do yourself a major favour take your bike to a bike store to get the brakes fully bled if you already havent, any descent store should have the stuff to get air out that you cant get too... did the world of good the the zx6s after the brake overhaul
