Will meet you at maybe at that layby just past the roundabout on QE2 drive ....maybe 5am ??

5 am? 5am? how about 5.45 at the latest, maybe pick padmei up near his place if he is going just after that. Do we need to go into Kaikoura? cos the clarence is on the Blenheim side isn't it? Possibly top up in Blenheim with a bit of juice to get us to the clarence and then back to Blenheim again. I was counting on 3 hours yo kaikoura to be there by 9 or do you wanna start into the clarence earlier? What time does it open? Too many questions Woodman.

The entrance to the Clarence is 20km on the Inland Route south of Kaikoura.

Opens 8am - 5pm.

About 400km Blenheim-Blenheim.
