if there is anyone in admin from the AMCC, i have been trying to contact you in regards to joining your club, but get your general "phone-answerers" during the day who cannot answer my question...

i want to join, but as your new year starts in june/july, do i have to apy a full years membership up to then, and then another full years membership in two months time? or do i sit tight for now?

if anyone could help me with this, it would be much appreciated...unless someone recommends another club???

I've emailed them in the past, usually takes a few days to get a reply but I've always got one. There's a link on their home page to the email address, I think it's something like secretary@amcc.co.nz but check on their website cos I might not have it right.

Otherwise you could always PM SVS and get him to get you a Vic Club entry form.

You could use the Vic Club website to contact them, but they were having trouble a couple of days ago with the link to the site so you might need to follow this advice pasted below that their webmaster sent me if you want to go direct to their website:

"The configuration for www.vicclub.com needs some fine tuning, in the
mean time you will find what you seek at http://www.vicclub.co.nz/ "

Probably faster to PM SVS (sorry SVS, hope this is okay with you).

Im not in admin for amcc but I am a club member.
The club nights are thursday night from 7.30 at the clubrooms in Findlay st elleslie.
Ive got a list of contact names and numbers so give me a yell and Ill put ya in touch,
Re the membership thing I'd discuss it at the time with them -I know I got a special deal with MNZ on my race licence this time last year.

Fine by me, I can sort you out with VicClub stuff, but not AMCC. If you join now the membership would run to end of May 06.

The problem with the .com website is that i/we don't control the dns records, it's not configured properly and there's nothing I can do about it. Just use www.vicclub.co.nz, forget about the .com one and all will be fine.
