    Traffic Auckland Motorway.

Strange question, but I havent been on the motorway in a LOOOONNNNG time at 6.00 am -6.30am on a weekday? How busy is it at that time, Auck. (gotta take the 636 in for its first service.)

    Hi Judderbar,

How much are you expecting your first service to cost on the new 636?

What do you expect them to do to the bike? There shouldn't be ANY surprises when you get the invoice, being a brand spanker in all.

    Thanks
Someday we'll look back on this, laugh nervously and change the subject.

Just oil and filter on the first service, unless you have any complaints about the bike... (which should be done free of charge) But the first service costs around $80-$120...

no get them to do it so you have the servie history, otherwise you will not get a warrantable claim honoured, easily anyway

Anyway cost of Oil $55 ost of Filter $27.00 = $82 + you get a mechanic looking over it and checking it so its cheap and worth it
Ive run out of fucks to give

True but I dont often travel in that direction on a bike or in a car. So just wondering how much traffic I am going to run into.

Don't know much about that time of day. Auckland motorway..............just keep an eye out 360degrees. And stay with the flow.

5+ years ago I would have told you it is very quiet at that time with the traffic starting to build up around 7.00 am onwards, but nowadays the traffic generally starts getting congested from 6.00 am onwards. It is flowing though, unless there is an accident and then you're in the poo!

The Auckland motorways have become diabolical during rush hour these days...or should I say rush *hours*!

why are there no web cams on the motorway? i would have thought that would be a great way for people to check how busy it was, and modify their travel times accordingly?
