The "hands free" kit gave them a free hand to hold the "latte to go" ...

According to the clip "He struck a vehicle which failed to give way" - Not "Some clown failed to give way and hit a motorcyclist." So the media is halfway to building the ACC case already.

    Typical shoddy Herald reporting.

Rarely have I seen a more inane news item, ever.

FFS, what's the point of making a video like that? It's like putting a heading on the front page with no body of text to accompany it.

WTF is with the guy looking through the bikers bag?

Searching for a drug shipment or something?

Correct. Because this "allegedly-brainless" fellow was not in a Prius equipped with side impact curtain airbag, electronic stability control, 20mm reactive depleted uranium armour plating, 12-point seatbelts, 5 concurrent Warrant of Fitness under 15 days old, vehicle registration in at least 17 different countries, 100% original unmodified and undamaged vehicle as specified from factory, and accompanied with 9 impartial fully trained driving instructors.

Also, he was speeding above the ACC recommended 2km/h speed limit, which is also the recommended speed for walking when gardening to minimise the risk of fall injuries.

Lucky he was not carrying a pair of scissors.

He would'nt be looking for information on the guy, name, address, next of kin.........although i'm sure you've been to a few of these eh? FFS.

Fucken typical wording used by the reporter.........I picked it up straight away.

Notice the fuckface holding up the Ambo? This is typical of N.Z drivers. In the States they actually pull over as soon as they hear sirens and let them through. Why N.Zers are so much busier and in so much more of a hurry to follow the vehicle in front of them is beyond me.
