Bart, better late than never. A few serious distractions today.

Boyds don't have a clutch cable, and funnily enough said none were due into the country until next week.

But they said a better bet would be a repair, as the genuine one was a bit much at about $75, and suggested I go to Apex (here in Hamilton), and get them to make me a new one. Or inner. Or outer. Or whatever I needed. Sorry....

Also just as another data point, was looking at cush drive rubbers for KTM 640. $56 inclusive for a set. Yep those KTM parts are expensive all right.

Damn cause my rainproof gear is balls.
Thermal layers it is then, at least if I am wet I can be warmish.

I am now looking likely to make it for the whole satruday, now I just need to find a fun way to get to Kawhia in the dark

So, possibly some rain, possibly fine, rivers may be high but possibly not, possibly cold........

If you've watched the metvuw forecasts for the last week they have been all over the place. This am looked like saturday was going to very wet. Now... not so much. Best just to do it.!

    Yep just do it.
I am not afraid of a little rain, I am also not afraid to complain about how cold and wet I am because of said rain.

I am looking forward to a fun weekend away. I feel like I have earnt it (been working far too much lately).
